"What the F*** is Natural Wine Anyway?"

Thursday, June 7th 6:30 - 8:00PM

Ask twenty people in the know to define “natural” wine, and you’ll get twenty different answers.  Most of them will start with, “Hm. That’s a tricky question.”

“Natural” wants to be for wine what “farm to table” has been for food.  It’s wine… made naturally. But what does that mean? Isn’t all wine made naturally? Is “natural” just a buzzword?  And most importantly… what does natural wine taste like?

Turns out, it's not that complicated.  You just need to open a few bottles & have a conversation.

We promise you will leave this tasting more informed & more confident in navigating the natural wine world.  You know us - we’ll be taking this opportunity to pop some badass bottles, ranging from archetypal wines from classic regions to natural wines made in tiny quantities.

Among the questions we’ll answer in this session are:

  • What’s the deal with sulfur?
  • What’s up with biodynamic wine?
  • With all this talk about “natural”... what’s an unnatural wine?

We believe that natural wine is more than a fad.  If you are what you eat, then you are what you drink, too. Dive in & sign up today.

Led by Vanderbilt Wine Merchants owner and Certified Sommelier Greg Rubin, this is a weeknight drinking session not to be missed.
